Our visit left us disappointed due to poor service. We waited too long for attention, and the tea offerings, though basic, lacked flair and freshness. the setting at the Garden Room Restaurant had potential, but the execution fell short. Guests should be prepared for slow service.

I loved how close we were to Hop Farm Family Park, only about 5 kilometers away, perfect for a day of walking and exploring. The beautiful St Leonard's Tower is just a short drive at almost 7 kilometers, offering stunning views and a taste of local history. the staff were lovely, making our stay feel warm and welcoming despite a bit of a lack in hotel restaurant atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the cozy corner in the lounge for afternoon tea and the heated pool was a sweet bonus that helped me relax. The hotel offers great options for unwinding, like a beautiful garden and a lovely spa. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a lovely stay – just make sure to book spa treatments in advance! 😊

The rooms could definitely benefit from more thorough cleaning, like those stained carpets!!! the temperature control in rooms really needs improvement to avoid discomfort during your stay!!!

A special touch was the coffee and tea facilities in the room, along with biscuits. I encountered a few issues. The noise disturbances from events occasionally disrupted my relaxation. The shower had low water pressure, making it frustrating to use. Check-in could be smoother. the reception staff could improve their welcoming demeanor. the breakfast offerings could be expanded for those with special dietary needs. A bus stop nearby would have been helpful for easier access to Tonbridge. my experience was enjoyable, but a few adjustments could elevate the stay significantly.
